Professional Scrum Foundations and AI-Enabled Agile Delivery (Level 1)
Welcome to the StegHub Professional Scrum Foundations and AI-Enabled Agile Delivery Mentorship Programme — a structured, practical learning experience designed to build strong Scrum foundations, professional Agile judgement, responsible AI capability, and readiness for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment.
This programme goes beyond memorising Scrum terminology. You will learn how to understand, apply, analyse and defend Scrum decisions in realistic workplace situations. Through structured lessons, required videos, practical exercises, scenario-based quizzes, mentor guidance, assignments and integrated simulations, you will progressively develop the knowledge and professional reasoning expected of an effective Scrum practitioner.
What You Will Learn
- Understand why Agile approaches are valuable in complex and uncertain environments.
- Apply empiricism through transparency, inspection and adaptation.
- Understand Scrum theory, the Scrum Values and the purpose of the Scrum framework.
- Clearly distinguish the accountabilities of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers.
- Understand the Sprint and the purpose of Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
- Apply the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment together with their commitments: Product Goal, Sprint Goal and Definition of Done.
- Develop practical Scrum Master skills in coaching, facilitation, mentoring, teaching and impediment management.
- Understand product value, stakeholder collaboration, backlog management, forecasting and evidence-based planning.
- Apply quality, professionalism and continuous improvement to real delivery environments.
- Use modern workplace tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, GitHub Projects, Miro and collaboration platforms appropriately without confusing tools with Scrum requirements.
- Use generative AI responsibly to support analysis, facilitation, learning and delivery while maintaining human accountability, privacy, verification and professional judgement.
- Develop the scenario-analysis and examination reasoning required for strong PSM I readiness.
A Mentorship-Led Learning Experience
This is not simply a collection of recorded lessons. The programme combines structured independent learning with professional mentorship, accountability and applied practice.
Learners are expected to participate actively in mentor discussions, reflect on mistakes, explain their reasoning, apply feedback and progressively demonstrate greater professional independence.
Your mentors are there to teach, coach, challenge assumptions, facilitate professional discussions and support your development — but the reasoning, learning and submitted work must remain your own.
How You Will Learn
Your learning journey combines:
- Structured lesson notes and visual learning resources
- Required instructional videos
- Realistic Scrum and workplace scenarios
- Industry-tool practice
- Responsible AI-assisted exercises
- Mentor discussions and professional reflection
- High-standard lesson quizzes
- Module-level practical assignments
- An integrated Scrum simulation
- Timed examination-readiness practice
The learning philosophy is simple:
Learn it → See it → Practise it → Apply it → Discuss it → Defend your reasoning → Receive feedback → Improve → Demonstrate readiness.
Assessment and Progression
Every academic lesson is followed by a rigorous quiz designed to test more than recall. Questions may include scenario analysis, multiple-answer reasoning, sequencing, matching, terminology and misconception detection.
Formal practical assignments are also included at selected stages of the programme to demonstrate that you can apply Scrum principles beyond multiple-choice questions.
As you progress, the assessments become increasingly demanding and place greater emphasis on judgement, subtle wording, accountability, empiricism and the ability to distinguish official Scrum requirements from common industry practices.
PSM I Readiness
Level 1 is designed to build the knowledge and reasoning foundation required for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment.
However, completion of this programme does not guarantee an external certification result. StegHub uses quizzes, practical evidence, mentor observations and timed mock assessments to evaluate readiness before recommending that a learner proceeds to an external certification assessment.
Who This Programme Is For
The programme is suitable for beginners as well as professionals seeking to strengthen their Scrum foundations. You do not need previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or technology professional before starting.
It is particularly relevant to aspiring Scrum Masters, Project and Delivery professionals, Product professionals, Agile practitioners, technology professionals, team leaders, career changers and anyone who wants to understand how modern adaptive teams deliver value in complex environments.
Your Responsibility as a Learner
To gain the full value of this programme, you are expected to complete the required learning materials and videos, attempt every assessment seriously, participate in mentorship activities, protect confidential information, use AI responsibly, accept constructive feedback and take ownership of your professional development.
Your goal is not simply to finish the course. Your goal is to become capable of explaining what Scrum requires, identifying what it does not require, applying its principles to unfamiliar situations, and making professional decisions grounded in evidence.
